Another Wednesday, means another Open workout! Find a steady, consistent pace on the row from the start. The weight on the bar should be something you could do 21+ repetitions unbroken. However, break up the thrusters into manageable sets from the start.
Bring a Friend Day is tomorrow! All classes are free to try! So… bring a buddy!
