Interval training to start the week. Given how we have equal part rest to work (4:00 off between intervals), we can train at a higher intensity than if it were a 12:00 minute AMRAP (total working time). Higher intensity equals higher power, which is the fast track to results.

***2017 Nutrition Challenge Results***

This was one of the most successful nutrition challenge’s I have been a part of. The results speak for themselves. This made it very challenging picking a winner. However, the results are in and your 2017 Nutrition Challenge winner is….Tracey Parker! The runner-up for the challenge is Jamie Denn!

We also have a Teen winner…Calum Dudgeon who is an athlete in the Teen Program. Calum, at the age of 11, took part in the challenge with his parents Jen and Graham. Calum posted a perfect score, lost 3.5 inches off his waist, lost 10 pounds, and decreased his body percentage by 5.3%. His dedication, commitment, and motivation during this challenge was remarkable!!! Congrats Calum!

All of our top performers will receive cash prizes, and sponsor packs including products from Fuel for Fire, Kill Cliff, FitVine Wine, Ascent Protein, NoBull, Starbii, and FitAid.
