Life is too short to do anything, but what you love.

I started my CrossFit journey in July of 2016 when a friend brought me to Bring a Friend Day at TILT. I was hesitant as I had been a sports performance coach for almost 4 years and had heard all the bad things about CrossFit. 
 
I was greeted warmly, the coaching was thorough, and the programming thoughtful. The amount of modifications made available to everyone in the class is what struck me the most.. “maybe CrossFit is for everyone”, I thought. 
 
I brought my dad to Bring a Friend day in May of 2017 and he immediately signed up, and goes almost everyday (including Yoga with Fran!). 
 
I slowly allowed CrossFit into my life, continuing to go on Bring a Friend Day, eventually buying a 10-pack, and finally buying a membership package. I had run four marathons before joining CrossFit TILT and I’ve run two more since. Before that I was a serious ballet dancer. Movement has always been my passion. 
 
The community I found at CrossFit TILT II is something I’m incredibly grateful for. The leadership, coaches, and members are my daily inspiration.
