CrossFit TILT is sponsoring a WOD to benefit Halle’s Hometeam! Sudbury native, Jamie Berenson Semple, & TILT II member Eliza Duddy are captaining a Ragnar Relay team and raising funds for SMILE Mass. Along with 10 other runners, they will run from Nantasket to Provincetown to support SMILE Mass. Small Miracles in Life Exist (SMILE Mass) is a 501 C3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing happy, healthy memories to families living with children or adults with disabilities. Jamie’s daughter was born with a cleft pallette, as well as other development delays which make her days and Jamie’s days different than typical mothers & daughters. We are running for Halle! Please help us make memories for families who need special accommodations for day trips, vacations, skiing, road races, and more. Coach Brian will lead a WOD appropriate for ALL FITNESS LEVELS at 2:00pm on Sunday, May 7th. Suggested donation of $20.
